Ship Building

About : In line with the developments in marine industry and accordingly in shipyard industry, there is an increasing need for qualified man power. That the ship building industry opened to the world markets and showed a rapidly increasing trend during the times when it was not effected from the economic crisis caused to delays in the delivery of “special orders” and to the compensation of the need for intermediate staff by unskilled labor instead of qualified man power. It is a fact that the number of occupational accidents resulting from such factors as inadequate number of qualified staff and the intense work pressure will decrease as the number of qualified man power increases. The main element of the information and technology age is educated man power. Besides, inadequate number of intermediate staff caused to an increase in labor costs and as a result there has been an increase in the number of intermediate staff recently.
